Laura Hill, Special Advisor to the Inspector General


Renee Hansen was appointed Executive Director of the California Rehabilitation Oversight Board in July 2011.  Ms. Hansen came to the OIG from the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation where she was Chief of Legislative Affairs for Adult Operations.  Ms. Hansen has over 20 years of correctional experience, serving in a variety of assignments within CDCR and the OIG including chief of administration, deputy inspector general, inmate appeals, policy development, use of force, case records, human resources, gender responsive strategies, and new prison activations.
