Brett Morgan, Chief Deputy Inspector General
Brett H. Morgan was appointed Chief Deputy Inspector General of the Office of the Inspector General by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in April 2004. Mr. Morgan previously served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the Appeals, Writs and Trial Division for the California Attorney General, and from 1989 to 1999 was a Deputy District Attorney for the Sacramento County District Attorney's office. He is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
